CCQ Region Advance to Zero Homelessness initiatives

Funding is available to support two communities (located within Central Queensland, Wide Bay or Sunshine Coast) to initiate ZERO initiatives using this methodology which aims to improve health outcomes and end homelessness through a collaborative approach.
