Lana Syed is community member of Lotus
Place, a Forgotten Australian and survivor of institutional abuse. Lana’s portrait drawings honor the advocates and community members who fought to create a safer future for children in care. Each piece is a tribute to resilience and the strength it takes to make lasting change. Her work is both memory and gratitude.
Opening Event Thursday 16 October at 2:30pm
All are welcome as we officially open the exhibition with the artists and local community. Free event.
