Christmas Hampers 2025
Our Christmas Hamper Appeal is an annual tradition bringing people together to support members of our community who are doing it tough.
Each year, we partner with schools, community groups, businesses and individuals to bring Christmas cheer to the families and individuals we support.
In 2024, more than 1,200 hampers - each filled with pantry staples, fresh fruit and toys -were delivered to families across Brisbane.
Want to get involved this year? Here’s how:
- Donate or organise a donation drive: donated goods will be received from 24 November to 12 December 2025.
- Volunteer: Volunteer to help pack and deliver Christmas Hampers for locals facing hardship. Volunteer registrations open Monday 17 November at 9am - spots usually fill fast! To register visit: https://signup.com/go/VcBESfk

New Health and Housing Hub is coming to South Brisbane News
We're proud to announce plans for a new Health and Housing Hub at 6 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane , as made possible through funding by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, along with a generous grant from The Ellen Whitty Trust. The Hub will bring together healthcare, housing, social support, wellbeing services, training and research into one welcoming community space for people experiencing hardship or challenges accessing the care that they need.
