Artist Statement
"Touching paint, every day, is a powerful way for me to check in with myself. Whether I'm lost in thought or tangling with materials, there's something incredibly grounding about it. Amid the chaos of life, I find a sense of peace and a reminder of the beauty in simply being.
It’s letting go of expectation and perfection, and giving myself permission to get messy, and enjoy the process. Allowing myself to play, experiment, and discover new ways of making my mark.
This exhibition is a selection of works that came out of this daily practice."
