In Good Company brings together animal artworks by artists from United Artists Project for Queensland Mental Health Week 2026.
Animals inhabit our lives in all kinds of ways. They can be companions, neighbours, characters, memories, symbols, wild presences and fellow creatures sharing the world with us.
Through a lively gathering of dogs, birds, crocodiles, kangaroos and other creatures, In Good Company celebrates individuality, humour and the pleasure of noticing the lives around us.
At its heart, the exhibition is about connection and belonging. It invites us to think broadly about community and about the people, animals, places and everyday relationships that help us feel part of something larger than ourselves.
Presented by United Artists Project for Queensland Mental Health Week 2026, the exhibition responds to this year’s theme, Build Community, Build Wellbeing, with a simple proposition: life is richer when we are connected.
