Street to Home
A team of nurses provide care throughout the day and afterhours working together with our Street to Home team to provide rough sleepers integrated care in Brisbane, including nursing, care coordination, and case management.

Domestic and Family Violence and Homelessness Services for Vulnerable Women
Our Domestic Violence Nurse Practitioner offers a Monday clinic at the Inclusive Health and Wellness Hub to provide women who have experienced domestic violence with direct nursing care, immediate health assessment, education, care coordination, and navigation through the health system.

Brisbane Common Ground
Nurses employed by Mater Health provide seven-day-a-week nursing care as part of the Brisbane Common Ground team.
