Queensland's first supportive housing initiative providing the ingredients that help people make a home and stay housed and well.

Brisbane Common Ground

15 Hope Street, South Brisbane

Brisbane Common Ground (BCG) is Queensland's first supportive housing initiative, bringing together the right ingredients to make a home for those with complex needs.

Located at 15 Hope Street, South Brisbane, the 14-storey building houses 146 people - many who have experienced long term homelessness. Tenants have the stability of a General Tenancy Agreement, and can live at BCG for as long as they meet the terms and it remains their housing of choice.

BCG is delivered in partnership with Common Ground Queensland, who handle tenancies and property management, while we provide support and visiting services.
