Our Street to Home team of Nurses and Support and Advocacy workers can come to you, wherever you may be.
We provide practical assistance, including healthcare, to help people off the streets and on the way to a stable, secure home.
Find us stationed throughout central parts of Brisbane every week. We regularly meet people in parks, living out of cars and shelters, and can organise home visits if you're couch surfing.
