Social Inclusion Program
The Social Inclusion Program supports individuals with a disability who have been allocated their own funding to participate in communities of their choice and to maintain their living arrangements. Support can be provided to do a variety of things such as:
- connecting with family & friends
- engaging in social activities
- staying fit & healthy
- joining clubs & groups
- maintaining accommodation
- develop & maintain independent living skills
- doing training or education
- finding & attending work, both paid and voluntary.
