Mental Health and Disability Support Services
Resident Support Program (RSP)
The Resident Support Program can support people with a disability who are living in private residential services levels 1, 2 or 3 (this includes private hostels, boarding houses and private aged rental facilities). People need to be over the age of 18 and under the age of 65 when commencing with the program.
The Resident Support Program is funded by the Department of Communities to:
- provide assistance with personal care; and/or
- support people to develop or rebuild relationships in the community.
Micah Projects Resident Support Program covers the inner Brisbane area. There are two other Resident Support Programs which cover the North and South Brisbane areas.
One of the popular RSP activities is Campbell's Club which is held every Monday & Thursday morning at the West End Uniting Church Hall.

Campbell Club
I went on my first trip to Campbell’s club. The scene was one of Gothic harmony. People sat around tables with morning tea set up, something like a high tea set up, or Afternoon tea house in the August moon. People chattered harmoniously, & all played games of some description.
Michael sat at our small table and gave everyone a task. I settled for writing a genre. Libby did some art work. I listened to the music and had a good time.
I would recommend Campbell’s club to anyone wanting a few laughs & some fun.
